The AAP Foundation supports the periodontal faculty who train the next generation of specialists. These fellowships recognize excellence in teaching and clinical research among periodontal educators.

Bud and Linda Tarrson Fellowship

One $30,000 fellowship is awarded annually to support early-career periodontal faculty committed to careers in teaching and research.

Nevins and Nevins-BioHorizons Teaching and Clinical Research Fellowships

Two $20,000 fellowships are awarded annually to supplement the incomes of early-career periodontal faculty.
