Our greeting card program offers a way to support the advancement of the specialty while strengthening relationships with your patients, and we’ll handle the process for you!
Designed for patients but appropriate for referrers, suppliers, family, and friends, both holiday card designs contain a custom message and “handwritten” note letting the recipient know that you have made a charitable contribution in their honor to the AAP Foundation. A QR code on the back of the card then links your patients to information on #ThePerioLink from the Levi-Richman Integration Initiative section of the AAP Foundation website. You or your staff simply upload a distribution list to our fulfillment provider and we’ll handle the rest. Cost: $4.95 per card, invoiced after mailing; includes printing, postage, handling, and a $2 tax-deductible contribution to the AAP Foundation. Deadline: Monday, December 1.
Meanwhile, the AAP Foundation’s snowflake ornaments will be an annual reminder of your support for the AAP Foundation for referrers, staff, or anyone else who you might send a holiday gift. Arrives in a presentation gift box with a personalized note. Cost: $25 each, invoiced after shipping; includes printing, postage, handling, and a $10 tax-deductible contribution. Deadline: Monday, December 1.
